CONDITIONING WITH COACH FRIDAY!
Every Monday and Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM at BHS front practice field near the ball fields
What YOU Need:
--WATER!
--Electrolyte replacement like gatorade
--Tennis Shoes (not cleats)
--Sunscreen, bug spray
--Cooling towel if desired
Fuel your body beforehand! Hydrate, eat!
